These are no fault divorce forms so both parties must agree on everything and sign all the documents. If one of the parties do not sign the documents then the Court will not grant the divorce. Also if you and your spouse do not agree on everything, including child support and alimony, then the Court will not grant the divorce.
If you want to try to obtain the divorce by filling out these forms yourself then you must first understand that the attorneys at Widrig Law PLLC DO NOT REPRESENT YOU and therefore cannot and will not provide you with any legal advice or guidance. You are simply purchasing the forms themselves. Also you need to be aware that if these forms are not filled out correctly then you may not be able to get the divorce.
