Initial Payment (Initial Retainer)
If you wish to pay the initial retainer fee by a debt or credit card then you can do so by clicking the link below. We will charge a 3% convenience fee for all debit/credit card transactions. To avoid this fee you can pay by cash, check, or money order.
Filing Fee or Court Reporter Fee
Before we can file your case with the court you will also have to pay the court filing. If you wish to pay the filing fee on a debt or credit card then you can do so by clicking on the link below. Also in many cases a court reporter must be hired to properly preserve what occurred in court or at a deposition. If you have been requested to pay the court reporter or transcription fee and wish to make said payment on a debt or credit card then click on the link below. Again we charge a 3% convenience fee for all debit and credit card transactions so to avoid this fee you can pay by check or money order. We will hold this money in our trust account until it is time to file the paperwork with the court or pay the court reporter.
Additional Retainer
We have requested an additional retainer fee in your case to continue work on your case as your initial retainer is exhausted or will soon be exhausted. The money will be applied to future attorney fee statements. If there is any money remaining in our trust account after your case is concluded which is not earned by us then it will be refunded to you. If you wish to pay the additional retainer on a debt or credit card then you can do so by clicking on the link below. Again we charge a 3% convenience fee for all debit and credit card transactions so to avoid this fee you can pay by check or money order.
